Low Fat Puff Pastry Four Cheese Blossoms




If you are expecting guests or just want something savory and delicious for quick lunch or dinner, this Low Fat Puff Pastry Blossoms make a fantastic meal.
You will need:

Low Fat Puff Pastry Fillo Dough Squares

Stuffing:

1/2 Cup of Non-Fat Greek Feta Cheese
1/2 Cup of Non-Fat Cottage Cheese
1/2 Cup of Light Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 TS of Parmigiano-Reggiano
1 Egg
Sea Salt- taste
Fresh ground black pepper-taste
5 Puff Pastry Fillo Dough Squares

Preheat oven to 400 F. Line the baking sheet with aluminum foil. Take one puff pastry square at the time, stuff with filling and carefully fold all four sides of square and form a blossom.
Bake for 35-40 minutes.
Serve warm.
