Healthy Pasta – Big Flavor:)


As you all know by now, everybody in family are big pasta fans.
But hey, we are talking about carbs so I decided to change few ingredients and make pasta dish tasty but still very healthy.

Whole Grain Shells with Grilled Chicken, Steamed Broccoli in Light Bechamel Sauce

You will need:

Whole Grain Pasta- Boiled
Grilled Skinless Chicken Breast Strips- Grilled
Broccoli Florets- Steamed

Bechamel Sauce made with:
Non-fat milk
Whole Wheat Flour
Light Butter
Parmesan Cheese (just for the taste)
